Got a package from Mr. Cote today! Changed out some magazine baseplates from a couple 10 round CZ-75B .40 magazines with some SP-01/P-06 baseplates and they work perfectly! I like the Mecgar mags for my full size guns anyway. I also got a 17 round mag for the 85 Combat and it looks great in it.

On another note I also got an AR pistol build kit in. It is a 12" 6.5 Grendel. I have no idea what I'm planning on doing with it, but it looks cool!:rockwoot:

OH my. Sorry. Mine is a Jackass rig. :dunno:
I have to admit, also respectfully, I was a bit uncomfortable as well. I caught myself several times accidentally facing the barrel of your Glock. I didn't say anything in person, but wanted to and apologize that I waited until now. I also agree with patience, if I was going to carry in a shoulder holster, I would use one that points the muzzle down. Again, no disrespect at all, just voicing my concerns.

I've never been a shoulder holster guy. To each his own. But I have often wondered why people use the shoulder holsters that carry muzzle up, essentially carrying with your gun pointed at a major artery under your arm. But I guess people appendix carry all the time.

We ogled an Auto Ordinance M1 tonight. Price was around 600. Alexis really liked Matt’s.

Currently I know nothing about M1s, are the Auto Ordinance ones quality?

I’ve heard of issues with the Auto Ordinance carbines. If going for a new production, a Fulton Armory is about as good as you can get, but they are pricey at around $1600.

I did know where there was a raced out/well used/much needing love Springer stainless in 38 super for a really fair price. It is in need of some love.
I did not buy it as I am not going into another caliber.

Too soon. I need to rebuild the gun fund before I can start buying parts for a build. This would probably be a 2019 thing for me.

Speaking of shoulder holsters. My lovely spouse respectfully requests that youse guys with the shoulder holsters get a rig that doesn't muzzle her when she is behind you. I see her point. The jackass rig I used to have pointed the muzzle down. Think that made sense, especially in a crowd.

I’ll leave mine home next time. Don’t want to make the Mrs uncomfortable.

With the unplanned trip we are taking to Florida next month My #gunfunfund is in the negative. Nothing new for me until the HVAC thing kicks in again in 2019.

The DW is done out at Allens and I will be picking it up today. Thats it. Done for 2018. But is has been a serious run.

Having struggled with a few Thompson Auto pieces I will never ever consider anything they offer again.
