Been watching ESPN waiting for the Pinewood Derby results.

Grandson just had his 1st heat run and ran 135mph. Didn't catch his time. He won it all last year. Didn't even lose a heat race. We shall see.

Oh, BTW : tornado warnings just south and west of Des Moines before the meal and racing. 64 and rain today and now 2-4 inches of snow predicted for Tuesday-Wednesday. Nice

The weather was a bit crazy last night as the wind was intense.
Big temp spikes like we had yesterday usually cause this.

Boy that wind last night. Wow. The howling sound at my folks place was crazy… Wife and I were up early with the little one and headed out to get our side cleaning gig done early so we can enjoy the day.

I’m getting soooo tired of places not being open early anymore. Or when they open at 5:30, employees are inside but it’s locked up and they won’t answer the drive thru… ugh. This post covid world sucks in that regard.
