    How are these lime pickles made? I keep hearing about them and would like to try them.

    Lots of reciepes, but they all start out with the cucumber slices being overnighted in lime water then rinsed and soaked to get it off. From there it's just what you use but most involve vinegar, sugar, and salt.

    Pretty much Michigan.
    Local RK here has Blazer for $15/box. Its been in stock the last 2 times i was in there. Still limited to 2 boxes/person though. I need some fresh freakin JHP though. Im down to >100 and its getting old.

    This. So very this. Just this mornings haul. Picked some "day 'er 2 early" ones as well. Pickle Lady and I are out to Cincy for a concert tomorrow. Wednesday will be salsafication.

    Ever tried packing cooked chili? And how are you and Henri?
