I just ordered a CGW trigger for the P10C. It should be in, installed and test run before any get togethers that might coming up. I'm not 100% sure which P10C I'll put it in. They only had one in stock, so I have to choose between putting it into the original 2300 round gun that has broken in beautifully or the newer 400 round gun that's still on it's way to that crisp smoothness. I'll probably install it in the original that has the HBI trigger and then run them back to back to see how the CGW trigger stacks up to the stock trigger. Both guns have the tool steel strikers, so they are not totally stock.

I hope you like the HBI trigger as I order one this morning before shooting my "new to me" P10C. Great execution by CZ in the P10C though the trigger pinched the heck out of my finger no matter what the placement was.

All the connections on the pantsless hiway were on time and complete.
I have in the past not been the biggest fan of the 75 but this jewel snatched my attention. And the spouse has laid claim to it. Which might mean I get my Cajun Custom Shadow back. Well, maybe...:):

IMO this gun represents the pinnacle of the Wizard and I's restoration projects. Affectionately known as the "Green Machine" due to it's Midnight Green cerakote it sports all the Cajun goodies including a 10x accurized bushing and TFX Pro sights. The SA comes in under 3# and the DA is under 6#. This was my carry gun for a couple of years and is ideally suited for that use. You will also notice looking at the front of the frame that its geometry is different than any other CZ compact I have ever seen. It doesn't have a rail like the P01. It doesn't have the 45 degree cut of the PCR and it doesn't have the dimple of the CZ compact. I have never seen a frame like this anywhere else and I, over the years, have looked at thousands of CZs in person and online. So, this is truly a unicorn. I'm glad it ended up in a good home as it has been one of my favorites and is a truly unique and exceptional gun.

Yep, same here. Had the same problem with the HBI trigger on Tim's as well, which is why I ended up selling the P10c I had gotten a great deal on. Now I'm kicking myself as Tim took the "fangs" off his HBI trigger and that fixed a lot of the pinch for me. I'm looking forward to hearing how the CGW trigger feels and hope he has it installed for our Saturday morning range trip :)

The spouse loves it. The weight (or lack of it) is perfect for her right now.

    Morning folks! :coffee:

I remember that one BA. To me, that is the perfect CZ compact. It sports normal sights and has a cleaner frame profile than any other compact. Mrs Mouse sure got a winner with that one.

Mcapo, I put the HBI trigger in my P10C and it was just ok in the bite reduction department until I took a file to it and defanged the thing. After that, it was really good. I thought I had found a unique solution to the problem but when I looked at the HBI website, saw that they removed the fangs as well on all new production triggers. I think you'll be happy with it when it comes in.
