Wet, dreary morning thus far. Looking forward to breakfast and the range.

Got an outdoor range day in with Ggreen on Thursday when it was sunny and in the mid 70's.

Will use this dreary day to relax and clean the pistols used then.

Thanks to Ggreen for letting me fire one unbelievably nice AK.

Putting all seriousness aside; it is pretty darn funny your exit point is right beside the scuttle.

All joking aside; you are a lucky guy. I’d still be laying in the garage.

I used all the strength I could muster not to throw some puns at him about that very point...:):

Guys .... there is no doubt that I'm relatively lucky. It could of been much worse.
I wobble & hobble, but thank goodness I lived to tell the tale !

Early morning UPS delivery from Alan at AAoptics. Gives me a little distraction task since it’s a weekend in the office.

I have one of these for my Noveske. I’m just waiting on the mount but I get a military discount from Vortex and have to wait until it ships. It’s a great discount...

mcapo, there really is not much of a backstory. I was with a medical mission team this week. We passed this store in our bus everyday going to clinic. There was no chance to stop. I was told that only people with a government permit could buy a firearm. And the people we saw probably don’t earn enough in a lifetime to even dream about owning a firearm

In spite of our complaints, we did win life’s lottery by being born Americans!

    :coffee:

Started my morning by having my VPN client uninstall itself from my work laptop, 20 minutes after I'd connected to start my work day. Had to spend another 20 minutes with the Service Desk with a tech connecting remotely and reinstalling it. Love how big companies are so stupid with small things like this, that could have gone much smoother had they thought things through... :n00b:

Yeah, I used to work the support side of things before moving over to InfoSec. Honestly, I probably would have been fired had I screwed up and did something like that, but large companies don't seem to care. Ah well, like I told the guy, I'm getting paid to sit here while you fix my computer, so it's all good... :):
