I THINK Lebanon is alright-ish. I know a Lebanese girl that was a pharmacist here and moved back a few years ago but I believe I remember her saying they weren't in the "death to America" crowd. Even if that is true, you won't see me signing up to go anywhere around the middle east. If I remember correctly, Lebanon is right next to Syria and just above Israel. Lot of stuff going on on the Syrian border.

Again, I look up to those people, including your sister. To know what they may get into and still go is nothing short of heroic.

So I may or may not be in possession of a Shadow 2 at this time, expect or possibly not expect a range report and Shadow porn soon.

Gotcha. I'm not up to date on Lebanon. It seems that they operate in neighboring countries to those having serious problems. She said when they get assignments, they are mostly dealing with conflict refugees of countries experiencing some type of famine/medical crisis. She is in charge of the hospitals at these camps and her last one housed greater than 50,000 people. It seems that when people flee their country, it takes them days/weeks of travel to make it to a "safe" zone, often times where she is working. Anyhow, she is home and safe and well. All is good in tha hood tonight. I hear they have good food and the women are not always ugly :):.

I've only left the country one time. That was a short border hop to the south of us when I was a little kid. That was an interesting experience.... Would love to travel the world, but as stated with the way it is right now..... No thanks.

Prayers for your sister in her endeavors of helping people in need. What she is doing is not easy but is needed. She sounds like a terrific person.

I appreciate that, she is indeed. However, she is also a super liberal-world saving-everyone deserves a hug-why can't we be friends-no one will actually hurt me type. Which is interesting because I'm so close with her. The rest of my family are old school hardcore conservatives who can't wrap their heads around why she does what she does...for barely a pay check mind you. So, she doesn't really tell them anything that happens when she is gone and I only get the real scoop when I see her 1:1 every so often. Reminds me of war veterans...usually she just doesn't really want to talk about it when she gets back.

The one I know is definitely very far from ugly. I believe Lebanon has taken hundreds of thousands (I want to say 650,000) Syrian refugees. I'm sure that is why DWOB is there.

    Morning everyone.

I am having some issues with the site using Chrome on my PC at home since yesterday. However, it works fine on my Android phone. Weird.
