    I might have to get some of that aircraft paint stripper that was in the link BA posted. I wonder if the metal would look any good after that or if it would really need to be blasted for the texture.

    Be extremely careful with that stuff. That stuff gives cancer to cancer. I prefer to not work with any kind of chemical stripper. What are you looking to strip? You'll most likely have to blast after, because the finish will look "splotchy".
