I would love to figure out how to do rust bluing. From what I've read, it's the about the only way to get good results at home, but it's a process that takes a whole lot of time and patience. Neither of which are things I have in abundance. I think that a good rust bluing would look fantastic on a CZ. As durable as the black polycoat is, it's never been my favorite finish on a firearm.

I've seen some really nice examples on the CZ forum.

Morning Losey! Anything interesting on the bench this week? One of these days, I'll finally convince you and BA to permanently mark your work so it will be appreciated years from now when we've all (except maybe Rusty) gone to the big range in the sky. Something like 'BA Spec/Wizard Built' under the grips or on the dust cover would be cool. Small enough to not be garish, yet big enough to be readable. Someday when Rusty and Dogg are in their 70s while roaming though the 1500 with their grandkids, they may find one of the gems and hopefully, remember what that marking meant.

I had thought about getting a stamp made to strike under the grip but they would need to be a small letters! Or maybe an emblem of a Wizard/BA or BA/Wiz!

I think it would be cooler if they could have their own unique stamp instead of just spelling it out. It would be pretty easy to come up with a symbol for Churchmouse. Probably wouldn't be too hard for the Wizard either. Just not sure where to get them made.

If mouses isn't a unicorn, I will be extremely disappointed.

I think laser etching would be the best. Great place in Indy from what I hear does a great job.
