I've read a lot about these problems. I guess I'm lucky. I have never experienced any of these things.
Havent heard too much about this stuff, but it is frustrating that CZ would let that out the door.

Every company that mass produces anything has a lemon once in a while. Or, I would imagine the gun will turn out fine after a few part changes. I wouldn't give up on it yet.Havent heard too much about this stuff, but it is frustrating that CZ would let that out the door.

No please. Let's do it while you are on drugs. I have a feeling that could be very enjoyable.Anytime. Well, after the drugs wear off.
The great thing about the Phantom is that if feels and handles like a steel SP01, just without the weight (if that makes sense). It's the only polymer gun I've ever had that didn't feel like a polymer gun.
It can be frustrating to have one that is a problem child. I have always thought that was another reason to have a lot. Then, when you get frustrated with it you just put it in the safe for a while and attack it later. They have sent him a new lever. I wish they would take the gun back and go through the whole thing. Makes you start to question what will break next.
But yes, all mass-produced products will have the occasional quality snafu.
Don't know that sending it back to CZ will be all that helpful. I got really frustrated at my first go around with a CZ. This was before I knew what I know now (which isn't much).. It made the trip back the the fatherland, was still broke after I got it back. I'm much more intelligenter now. Only way any gun of mine will go back to the factory is if the gun breaks in half or I cannot get the part aftermarket. They have sent him a new lever. I wish they would take the gun back and go through the whole thing. Makes you start to question what will break next.

I should have loaded up so I could stop and shoot on my way home. Could really use it today.
Someone needs to jump on this:

This is one of CZ finest models. IMO you don't have a CZ collection if you don't have a Phantom. I love mine.
The tribute.
It is not fully tuned yet. Still some details to complete but it could be ran if need be.
There is a major amount of fitment represented here.
All the controls have been fit. No roll marks. Hard to see but the slide has a belief cut along the bottom There is a ball cut along the flat right at the curve.
Slide is machined for the rear sight. Flat topped and ball milled.
Hand fit barrel Bushing. It is still a touch to tight in the slide right now.
