Havent heard too much about this stuff, but it is frustrating that CZ would let that out the door.
Every company that mass produces anything has a lemon once in a while. Or, I would imagine the gun will turn out fine after a few part changes. I wouldn't give up on it yet.

They have sent him a new lever. I wish they would take the gun back and go through the whole thing. Makes you start to question what will break next.

But yes, all mass-produced products will have the occasional quality snafu.

Anytime. Well, after the drugs wear off. ;)

The great thing about the Phantom is that if feels and handles like a steel SP01, just without the weight (if that makes sense). It's the only polymer gun I've ever had that didn't feel like a polymer gun.
No please. Let's do it while you are on drugs. I have a feeling that could be very enjoyable. :):

It can be frustrating to have one that is a problem child. I have always thought that was another reason to have a lot. Then, when you get frustrated with it you just put it in the safe for a while and attack it later. ;)

Don't know that sending it back to CZ will be all that helpful. I got really frustrated at my first go around with a CZ. This was before I knew what I know now (which isn't much).. It made the trip back the the fatherland, was still broke after I got it back. I'm much more intelligenter now. Only way any gun of mine will go back to the factory is if the gun breaks in half or I cannot get the part aftermarket.

    The tribute.
It is not fully tuned yet. Still some details to complete but it could be ran if need be.

There is a major amount of fitment represented here.

All the controls have been fit. No roll marks. Hard to see but the slide has a belief cut along the bottom There is a ball cut along the flat right at the curve.

Slide is machined for the rear sight. Flat topped and ball milled.

Hand fit barrel Bushing. It is still a touch to tight in the slide right now.
