I took the Phantom out last night for a little range shooting. I was having trouble with trigger reset last Sunday. Gave the gun a good cleaning and Lube ran 72 rounds through it and no trigger issues. Was using an IDPA Target all rounds in the a Zone IE zero points down.

That's great news, Chris. We ran the Wizard's reacquired Phantom last night. It's still as fantastic as ever. ;)

After shipping, FFL, and the parts, I'll probably be at $375. And he's not totally sure if that's all that's missing. Do you still think it's worth it? I wonder if it requires an FFL if it's a non-functioning firearm?

Yes, it would require an FFL and yes I absolutely think it is a good deal.

Good looking 75 Pre-B, I would leave the way it is, beautiful contrast with the patina a little rust and a smidge of original finish here and therepsyko I shot this one last weekend and it is a very sweet shooter, very smooth trigger acquired from many rounds down the tube in it life!
