I need to stop bringing projects home... It's like they find me and then won't stop talking to me until I buy them.... Had a rusty pre 1930's bicycle project follow me home last night... I guess I won't ever get bored on rainy days that way.

Friends and family will keep me busy until the lights go out I am sure of it.

I brought the 97 to test the new mag extensions, The P09 to test new mag extension and sight in the laser, and the P01 to sight in the laser.

I was loading up the newly extended mags for the 97's.
They would only take 10 rds.....................:(

Back to the shop and some additional love in specific areas. I have 2 that work now. They will be coming along.
I had some blending to do by hand.

I have been thinking I might need another one.
That's what I'm thinking, but I think the next one will be a decocker.

I know what I'd do ... I'd tell him to give me my damn pistols back.
It's hard to stop being a father sometimes, so I'd rather have it spend it's time on his hip than in my safe. He had been carrying a SA converted pre-B that was fully Cajunized with a trigger that was way too light for carry. As much as I miss having the gun, I feel a lot better with him carrying the compact than I did with his carrying the target tuned pre-B.

Heh, my buddy that bought the Shield this weekend is funny. He's been texting me ever since we went to the range on Sunday, telling me about all the stuff he's been buying for the range. Eyes, ears, extra mags, ammo. I taught him well...lol!

To me, they have completely different shooting characteristics.

    I don't think you'll like the Beast.

BTW, how good is S&B ammo? Just got an email from SGAmmo and they have 115gr 9mm for $215 a case shipped and 230gr .45 for $295 per case shipped. I have shot it in the past and thought it was pretty good stuff. Wanting to get opinions here...

I have a few hundred assorted 10mm rounds in the mail. No bulk orders until I see what the gun likes. Full house loads will be what it is tuned for.

7 mags total. Would like to have 10 but $700 for mags is a serious kick in the jewels.

Depends on the mainspring. They tend to be harder primers.
