I am on the same path. Accessory's/ammo.
Then a slick 1911 pops up in the classy's.
I am seriously glad it is 2 1/2 hrs. away. Saved my plan from failure.

Never held one, but yes. I think the main diffferences are ambi controls and the trigger shape.
Still making me crazy man.....
Where did you get the Grips on the 1911 you have posted up...???

I'm trying to decide if I am going to shoot the Sarsilmaz today. Tomorrow will be much nicer, but that would mean waiting another 24 hrs......
Trying to decide if I want to drive over to Lafayette and pick up a couple light/lasers.
I recommend shooting both days so you know how it will perform in different weather conditions.

I saw that last night when the impulse hit me that I really liked those grips (after looking at the gun multiple times......I hate you right now.....
)I did not see anything exactly like what is on your gun.
This and I may want to put the wide glide magwell on one of mine.
Now the hunt begins.
