I love field testing gear. Shout-out to @Frosty for the custom knife combo again. Finally got to test the drop point on a field dress. Doe meat is tender meat. The Romeo30 did the job as per standard.

It has convection, steam bake, air dryer, dehydrator, auto temp probes, glide out racks, sabbath mode, something called Air Sous Vid mode and, of course, smudge proof stainless steel.
