    Range Report

Warmed up with the P322. Confirmed that gun does not like to be loaded to 20 rounds in the mags, did 15 for today and had zero issues. I would consistently get FTF on the first few rounds if they were loaded to max capacity.

Sar K12 did well with the new lightened trigger and SS comp, but I confirmed the threaded barrel has a POI 2" high at 7 yards and my rear sight is bottomed out on elevation. So, it's either time for a red dot or a taller front sight.

I'm not sure where you get the poi as 2" high on the SAR K12. Assuming the grid is 1", the center of the group (less a couple of high fliers) looks to be 1/2" high same as the P322.

I was aiming at the colored square 2" below the one it was actually hitting. :):

GSG ready for action tomorrow. ZRTS suppressor package installed, grips stolen from Tisas 9mm, mainspring housing and magwell stolen from Tisas 45 bobtail, replaced the horribly short and sloppy factory trigger with a Klonimus from Ebay. The factory one had a trigger bow that was way too short. Average trigger pull weight is 3lbs 12.1oz. The hammer, disconnector, and sear appear to have a nickel teflon finish. That was unexpected to see on a gun this cheap.

    3 shades of green....

I don't know if handing out cigars is still a tradition when you have children, but it was something done 40 years ago. While she has been cleaning up her parents house for sale the gardener found the one I gave her dad for our first born. Looking at it brought back memories, he had written my son's name on it, and I gave it to my oldest son. She couldn't find the one for out second son, maybe he smoked that one.
I remember in high school when the shop teacher had a new baby he handed out cigars to us all. No, they were not bubble gum or toys.

Be the zrts stuff or equivalent. In a former life it belonged to CM is what I was told. Has a wonderful trigger on it!

Good Evening Purveyors of all things that go B A N G

Kinda mild here in the heartland -- sunny but not hot.

Mornings are light jacket weather even.

Might be a nice Fall - who is to tell.

Hope life is treating you all well ... I haven't shot a gun in MONTHS.>!!>!!

So - that is the next big thang to get done.

    Talk to ya soon.
