Don’t use cheap Allen wrenches when removing Allen head screws. Use slow steady increasing pressure while loosening. Only use a small amount of blue locktite on the tip of the screw when installing. Dawson Precision will tell you the same thing.

On another note, IndyArms range rules state specifically no reloads:


But no mention of ammo at Tim's. I have shot there frequently and my first batch of 45acp I had two squibs out of 150 rounds. I brought the pistol with the slide stuck back out to the lobby and the guys at Tim's took it to the back and removed the slug from the barrel for me. No mention of my handloads.

What's up with Indy Arms? :-( I think they just want to sell ammo. Is this policy common for indoor ranges?

I’ve shot a couple times at Indy Arms and they didn’t ask or check.

I asked about reloads the first time I went to Tim’s and they said they don’t care, just no steel core. And they do magnet check ammo for steel core.

Good Morning! I may have to take you up on a trigger. Someone at the usps or its sorting machine stole the one that ChrisK sent me. Blew right out the side of the envelope. Assuming it was the sorting machine.

Not all is bad I guess. Especially with Ingoers. Have another trigger in hand thst was delivered by another member while I was at sons track meet. Will have it installed in stainless after dinner.
