Lots of people tell me I am wrong but for years I have been saying that we are losing the war over the 2A. Sure we are winning some battles along the way but the "hearts and minds" of the American public continues to shift away from gun ownership being a Constitution right to guns being a danger to our personal and public safety.

Listening to NPR yesterday about the State of Washington ban on semi-auto platforms and how they describe the AR15 you would think it was Brutus with a million round mag, no recoil and a whisper quiet silencer.

They forget how protecting the 2A relates to protecting the 1A and the Constitution rights...

I think that we need to rethink our strategy. Personal rights and self defense are easy for the left to argue against. Maintaining a credible capability against government over-reach is what we need to focus on. Explain the 2nd ammendment from the founders perspective. Not the fudds.

Indianapolis Cars & Coffee - Free Events for Car Enthusiasts

We are a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) tax-exempt national nonprofit. Attend our free events April through October! All cars, ages, attendees welcome.

Anyone can come, some venues like last weekend at IMS (Edit: IRP) they have separate parking for participants and gawkers. Next big one is at Tom Wood Aviation in Fishers. Always a crazy turnout as there are really cool planes and autos from the Tom Wood collection. Expect traffic.
