Weather it be Alice's Restaurant on thanksgiving or Christmas tunes on the Eve, that drive will never happen again. Makes me sad, but now new traditions must be made. That's the way life works. :(

Yep, I still miss my Mom and my Sister every day, but especially at holidays. Just have to enjoy the people you still have around that much more.

Henri and I wish all of you a very merry Christmas. As we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May he pour out his blessings on all of this coming year.

Wife just surprised me with an early birthday present, a Keurig. :rockwoot:
I've been using instant coffee for years, I know it's instant coffee, I was just never willing to spend money on a coffee maker for myself.

Good Morning and Merry Christmas Ever everyone! :coffee:

It's going to be a madhouse over the next week here. We host a family party at our house with about 25 people tonight, then we all get together at my mothers tomorrow, sisters on Monday, Our house again on Thursday and on and on... My little sister and her family will be staying with us next week, which is cool because when she visited last year, I took her to the range and she shot for the first time since the 1970s. Since then, she's done at least two classes and now shoots competitively out on the west coast. She's recently gotten into ARs and after buying her first, wants to build the next one.

I'm one of the exceptions, I guess. My weekend is going to be extremely relaxing. My wife did Christmas with her side of the family earlier in the week and I did mine with my side of the family on Thursday. Long story why we had to do it separately this year, but that's how it shook out. My wife is working today and tomorrow while we're both off we're just relaxing. My nephew who couldn't make the gathering on Thursday is coming over for lunch tomorrow and that's the extent of our festivities. I'm okay with it as I need the down time.

Day one festivities are over. Fun had by all. Much love, jokes and always love picking on the little ones. Many Legos and even some Texas Hold'em, I took the first game cautious and lost early, cleaned up on the second game with intimidating bets. Recieved one of those MTM AR mag boxes and the AR mag purse BA posted awhile back from Sportsmans guide. Very pleased with both.

Well, since I'm still awake for some reason and since I don't know when I will have time later in the day, I'm doing the Christmas cheer drawing now. And the winner is.......

Merry Christmas to all the CZicko's

We are done with day 1 and now I do it all over again. As tiring as this can be there is nothing better for the kids.
My ears are still numb from the decibel onslaught from that many baby's and youngsters.
