Just looked at my Fitbit app. It's sleep numbers aren't always right, but they get pretty close. according to my Fitbit during the past two weeks I have averaged 3 hours and 35 minutes of sleep a night. I've always been able to run on little sleep, say 4 or 5 hours no problem. I can go a couple of days with less or even skip sleep for a night if it's needed. This 14 days with 3 and a half hours is starting to catch up with me. I'm beat. These kiddos will be the death of me.

Prolonged lack of sleep can cause a lot of other health issues. Be careful with that.
