    TDOGG and I will be starting the year off right tomorrow. Gonna compare our M1As, he's got some rifles to sight in, I've got a 1911 to break in and maybe we'll have a Henry duel.

    I will be doing a function test on the MilSpec 1st thing then down to the south side to pick up a log spliter.
    Home and unload the splitter and load up for Saturday. Going to be a very long weekend. 2 days work and 6 hrs. driving time.
    Same deal next weekend. Possibly the one after that as well.

    I am thinking that I should have mentioned that it was the recoil spring.

    I was thinking it was the hammer spring you were talking about. If you are shooting light reloads, then a light recoil spring should work. I've never had an issue with my stock spring though.
