Autopsy have been released. OCME says that the neck injury could not have been sustained if he stayed put on his belly cuffed and had leg irons on. Unless they trial is in mid winter they will burn what is left of Baltimore.

Do you still have buddies on the job in that area?

Contributory negligence is generally not a defense to depraved heart murder or manslaughter. Not really sure why you think this somehow automatically means a not-guilty.

Whether he attempted to get up off his belly or not is in no way automatically dispositive of the case.

Well they better get back in there and deliberate until he's guilty then.
For the good of the city and healing and stuff.

Think about this- every one of those jurors knew what would happen with a "not guilty" verdict when the trial started....and it's still a hung jury.

This was the guy driving the paddy wagon? If they can't prosecute him, they don't have a chance prosecuting the other folks.

    Baltimore will be toasty tonight.

They were planning on using a sentencing recommendation to get him to flip on his fellow officers... looks like that may be out the window.

This is probably a game changer for the prosecutor. We will see. Hopefully all hell won't bust loose. :( Not looking forward to the evening news. I am sick of the protesting.

If I was a truck driver, I would stay out of Baltimore.
