Part of this is by design. The Biden Campaign could likely draw a large crowd if they really wanted to, but just think of the type of folks that would show up. The normal democrat voter is odd enough on their own, but what if some of the antifa types show up?

They don't want middle America to see what a collection of freaks the party really is and they certainly could not control the crowd if things turned violent.
They've also had Trump supporters come and counter the rally, often with a lot more people.

The Race in America topic in the next debate will consist of badgering Trump to denounce white supremacists.

    Again.

    Not surprising unfortunately.

Kristen Welker, upcoming presidential debate moderator, has deep Democrat ties

This statement at the end pretty much sums it up:
“Anyone who’s ever dealt with Welker knows she’s an activist, not a reporter. The White House press team views her the same way they would AOC or Pelosi if they walked in the office,” a senior White House official told The Post.

The Republicans on the debate commission are never-Trumpers. Just another "non-partisan" organization that has revealed their true colors under Trump.

I think debates should be done very differently. The debate commission should be formed after the Parties’ nominees have been chosen, and be formed from representatives from each Party. Each debate participant would have a moderator that they pick. That would be an extremely partisan way to do debates. But at least it would be fair.

Exactly! Cut the bullsh. Acknowledge the partisan country we have become. Americans would be better-informed if this were simply acknowledged.

My understanding is they do have members from each party, evenly divided, but Bob Dole came out recently and said the
at he knew the so called republicans, and they were all never/Trumpers...

Your idea is fine, but who needs a moderator? Just give each one two minutes to ask a question or make an acquisition and the other 3 minutes to respond. They can say what they like, but are responsible for their own content management. The time would be computer controlled so the mike goes off when it does and the opponents mike comes on. We would get 16 back and forth of what the candidates think is important for the public to know. Or a filibuster if they wish. It would take patience and skill not to get drug into the weeds. To balance laying out your own vision while showing your opponents negatives would be tough. And like pro tennis, there is no one to coach you or get you back on track like a moderator does, you are on debate island, good luck...

Either Trump deserves to be asked the puddin’ questions like Biden, or Biden needs to be asked the hard questions too. I’d rather the latter. But the only way anyone will ask Biden a hard question is if someone on the other side asks it.

Well, duh.... We saw the same thing four years ago. Don't worry, the polls will reflect reality in the last few days. That way they can say they were at least close to correct. Virtually no one remembers what the polls were like 1-2 months out in 2016.

Biden's campaign manager asks people to go vote. Says the polls were inflated.

This is very interesting. If you can put kindergarten level puzzle pieces together it makes sense.

Conservatives have been saying that the polls were badly constructed and are overstating the Biden position.

Gallup shows the democrats are scared to go out due to covid.

Some democrat strategists have been worried about vote turnout due to covid.

Biden campaign manager openly fretting about turnout.

    Hmmm...

Oregon's voting system is officially a train wreck. You can vote as ANYONE you have the name and DoB of, using the internet and the web site.

So, while complaining about election interference for the past four years, what were the Democrats proposing as a solution?

You have it entirely backwards. They don't really want a solution, but instead an advantage. They accuse Republicans of what they are doing.
