According to Latinos Post, when de Pablo and her family moved from Chile to Miami, Florida, many of the kids at her school couldn't pronounce her name. She changed it to "Cote," which de Pablo said is a common nickname in Chile.

As to guns...everyone is new to firearms at some time in their life. My wife wasn't all that thrilled with handguns. I gave her a 45 LC Vaquero to shoot for her first attempt. She never had a problem when I switched her over to 38 spcl. She's a used brass generator now.
