    If I had the good fortune to be present in 3-D space, I would be able to gain a proper vantage point to assess potential for being nice as necessary.

    Is it as big a problem with shotguns though?

    Shotgun hulls require a fair amount of real estate. So not as big of a problem as say .223. Get an AR anywhere near a brass catcher and it is almost a guarantee you will see a neat little jiggy dance.

    I am just glad there are so many people on INGO willing to help if there is an emergency.

    Since she is going to be shooting, I'd assume that would be the safest position. Safety first.

    However, for the sake of those whose safety I guard, I might have to position myself occasionally in a slightly different location that affords sufficient frontal via to allow proper monitoring of safety protocols and early detection of emergent situations.
