Just picked up a CZ 457 in .22LR. At least for now I’ll be putting a Vortex Crossfire II scope. By next season I hope to have a Sparrow suppressor on it.

I think @Azerigan is having a sale, currently.

I like squirrel well enough.
But prefer to hunt them.
Started as a kid w .22 rifle. Did well.
Tried shotgun twice, hated it.
Just made it squirrel killing.

College and later i switched to handgun.

Eyes suck now, so if I go out, itd be w
22 rifle. My old spots arent as secluded as they were. Have access to areas w tons of fox squirrels. But w houses around Id have to be in a stand and shoot down.

Too warm n green. Aint making a trip to the Big Woods for a handful of rats.

If more convenient maybe, maybe not. Im kind a of a wuss anymore LOL

I have Buckmark target 5.5 w reflex and an Anschutz 1416 w 3.5-10x AO. Id like to pop two greys w the 1416 and take a pic. Then switch to the Buckmark.

Squirrel season begins this coming Thursday for the whole state. If you're going to hunt what's your favorite gun to use and how do you like it set up?

I'm gonna go with my 10/22 that has a 2.5x scope on the top and a cheap Walmart sling.

Old .22 rifles. I like to take one with a scope. I can't wait to take my son! I just got a squires Bingham model 20 i want to get up and running for the trip!
