I didn't see where it mentioned this guys relationship to the parents. Just wondering why parents would trust their 2 yr old to anyone other than a family member while at an amusement park. maybe I'm over-protective but I don't let my grandchildren out of my sight even in the backyard. Yes. It's called the state of liberty. They also have that in the state of justice.

If he survives to his trial, he should have a fair hearing in court. Once he's found guilty, I think he should be executed. Painfully. Death by being repeatedly back-door raped by someone with a large unit and an advanced case of AIDS.

From what i gathered from the story, he was there with the family. The story says "the four of them" were at the park together.

Of all the laws we debate should or should not exist, I think everyone can agree that this type of behavior is a prime example of meriting a penalty. This man should no longer be considered human.

There used to be several states with laws like that. In 2008 the SCOTUS threw them out with Kennedy v. Louisiana.
