solve some tax problems/money issues for the cities/towns:
go back to the old days. have a pile of stones. 20 bucks a stone and one toss per stone.

There is absolutely no reason at all, NONE, that this guy should spend another day of his life outside of prison. Sadly, I can guarantee you he will be out in less then 15 years. Our justice system is a JOKE. Honestly, take him out back and shoot him. Thats justice. Thats the only way to stop this kind of thing.

And I agree with the 2 guys who said if it was their child, they would be in prison for the rest of their life. 100% agree.
