    There will come a time when scratching your butt in the street is a felony. It is a form of gun control - where in the 2nd Amendment does it mention felony convictions ? Where does it mention suspected domestic violence ?

    I'm pleased that so many people are, at last, getting it

    It doesn't mention pedophiles either. So maybe that isn't a felony?

    So basicly you are threating that we need to give them guns so they don't have to get them illegaly. Boy this make sence. Let's apply this logic to the Chicago. Hand them out to the boys. They will be good boys from now on.

    No the logic is this. If a person is going to commit a crime with a firearm they can get one legally or not. Where a person who received a felony who is reformed and isn't going to commit a crime can not get one to defend themselves or their family.

    It doesn't mention pedophiles either. So maybe that isn't a felony?

    Nope it's still a felony. Just if they are released they are free men/women and as such they should have all rights restored. Whether or not they should be released is up for debate though.
