This story is disgusting. What good a right to keep/bear arms - does it even exist at all? if somebody can say a few words and it's gone in a heartbeat?

This is making me reconsider a license. There's been a rash of robberies near my place but maybe the risk of that is less than the risk of running into some paranoid person or hostile police, which has happened to me before. Then, there's simply no way I could afford legal counsel. And that seems to mean I'd be automatically guilty of any charge someone wanted to stick...
