Sue their pants off so they have to sell their M1As :D

What you be better would be to force the ENTIRE St. John Police Department (all LEO including the chief and all admin personnel) to have to do

    1) 100 hours of community service
    2) attend some type of education course which teaches about the 2A and Indiana Gun laws.

Bet if a judge did this that ENTIRE police department and all the rest in Lake County would think twice before they do this again.

Suing them for $$$ is pointless they (the individuals) will NOT learn anything. Inconvenience the individual and that individual learns!

If I insult, harass, and berate one of my customers I would lose my job.

Too bad it doesn't work for constitution-hating government thugs.

There are too many good people looking for jobs, to hold on to idiots like the one who confronted you.

Just finished reading the thread. Bill... you are my hero! When I read the 'dropped charges' part... I felt huge relief as I'm sure you did.

This just goes to show you that some jerk that became a cop for power can easily ruin your life for a long time. I truly hope you make him pay dearly for what he has done to you!!!

Heard from my lawyer today, the insurance company for St. John wants to settle. Maybe I'll be able to re-buy a bushmaster.
