Thanks for the info I may just pick one of these up the seller has a bunch of them. Price would be right at $450 after shipping and transfer.
....and if you don’t like it, I’ll bet I know someone that would.
So the wear on the top of the slide is about the only down side I see on most of the pistols this seller has. Overall most of the ones he has for sale are in great shape.
Not really bothered by it. I'm thinking I may need one of these.Pretty typical wear for the CHPs. The only negative with the billboard logos is that it’s not as easy a touch up if the patina bothers you.

How about a little 59-659-5906 family tree eye candy?
Show us your 59 series SW!
MM - the lousy staging is just for you. :-)
That's a sharp 659!
Thanks!

Do it if legit they are pretty rare.
I had never seen one before - never knew they existed. A wise INGO member once told me that the best time to buy, is the first time you see it.
We will see what the price does. 2019 has gotten off to an expensive start. Gun FUNds really do need a rest but...
The first pic shows what's on the box label, the second one the product code and features I dont think match. I would call s&w and give them the serial to see if they can give more info.
The finish matches but I did a little Google-research last night. Seems a number of small lots went out the door including a Lew Horton run so it may be a shot in the dark. I'm not willing to pay a premium. I like it 'cause it different but that about it. Five days to go.
Thanks!

2 coats white, then 2 coats red on front sight.
I shot with the white front and white rear this evening, before the red was applied.
My eyes seem to do better with red in the front, but not sure white in the best match.
On some other guns I have red on the front and just no color on the rears, and it has worked.
Any color I can see is better than the no color that I couldn't see with.
What did that cabinet ever do to you?
Those sights look great.
That's an interesting one, some decent info here but you've probably already found it? http://smith-wessonforum.com/smith-...modelo-militar-information-post139866246.html
