I too had that one on my watch list, just out of curiosity. I was looking at a Brinks Armored Truck marked 4046, but it went for more than I wanted to spend. I've also got a 6944 on my watchlist that ends tonight. To buy or not to buy, that is the question.

3525 and less than 15 min baring anymore bids. Wow even at that price the seller still wants you to fork out for shipping some people I tell ya are just plain greedy.

Guess it’s about $2000 more rare than I thought!

I’ve never seen one for sale before so, in this case, rarity does mean value.

Guess I still have funds for my 3906 search. Lol

That's what I was thinking when I was talking cerakote. Either a police trade in or a foreign trade-in from CDI.

Anyone want to school me on the 22LR's in the 3rd gen? Like a 2206.

I only have limited second hand experience with even less first hand experience. My recollection is they had a reputation for being somewhat problematic and ammo sensitive which is rather typical of 22’s of that era. They few I have been able to shoot and be around have been generally accurate.

They are heavy and have a full size feel.

I would like to find a nice target model with factory wood grips. 6” barrel. Adjustable sights. Was called a 2206 Target something.

I just happened to find them on gunbroker the other night, didn't know much about them. They look interesting, maybe I'll pick one up at some point. I've got a 2206 on the watchlist now.

I have a 2213 and it is FUN little gun to shoot. It only holds 8 rounds but the larger mags will work.

I only have one mag for my 4516; I don't think anything I have is compatible. The 4516 has big fat wood grips that I need to replace...

If you have the 8rd 4506 mags they will fit but will stick out as bit. I see they do sell spacers for your 8rd mags to fill the gap. I'd rather have legit mags but they are pretty hard to find or get ahold of at a good price.

I feel like I can finally post in this thread - I picked up a 908 the other day at the Indy 1500 and couldn't be happier. Nice little gun!

    Welcome to the club!

Ownership not required only appreciation or friendly inquisition required.

Have you had a chance to put some rounds through it?

You will soon find out that it is hard to have just one…

These guns are addicting. I can't wait to get the 909 I picked up get to my shop for transfer, I'm excited to see how the "budget" line compares to the standard line.

When I started this thread I made it clear I thought the value line was ugly and would never own one. Now I have two that I got on the same day back in Dec. The 909 and 457. I still prefer the 3906 to the 909 but it is still a 3rd gen and built like a tank.
