I probably do need something that is blued in a 3rd gen?

Actually "won" a gunbroker auction for a 4006 (not tsw). Looks to be clean and, of course, has a box AND should arrive with four mags. It will be my first 3rd gen 40 SW. Sort of like a milestone. I may shed a tear...

With 40 going out of style and 4006's costing what 5906's did a few years back may try to swing a buy later in the year. I do have brass but not looking to start another caliber. I already added 32 acp, 7.62x25 and with the P64 I bought last night 9mm Mak. Luckily I have 3 presses and can do the odd ball calibers on my single stage. I have a square deal set up for 45 and my 450 is currently set for 38/357 since I already have a stock pile of probably 3k 9mm.

Yep. 40 sure has fallen out of favor. Might pick up a stainless CS40 but only if the price is right.

P64? Thought a Ruger PC Carbine was next up? Don't know much about the Makarov's. One of my LGS has a KBI in his case. Looked pretty decent at a glance.

People still reload 45? LOL Yea, my stuff got put away and I need to get everything set back up.

Now that I think about it, I too had seen that chart somewhere, just can't remember where. Thanks for it. I've got a couple TSW guns on my watchlist on gunbroker, as well as a couple limited run guns.

I too have been thinking about a CS40, probably to have to maybe one day convert to 10mm.

My Navy Fed credit card which I haven't used in probably 7-10 yrs was about to expire and close out so I had to make a purchase to keep the card and the line open. It was either the P64 or 1k of 7.62x39 and some 9mm defense for the same price. i figured since the 1k is steel the gun will hold its value and maybe one day be like the mosins.

I think I will wait till midyear for the PC to see if there is a recall that comes out.

I could afford more of the 3rd gen's, if I'd stop buying 1911's. But when I catch sales at rural king (12% cash back on again), I end up taking something home from there.

Yes, they are! I brought home my first 40 3rd gen yesterday (4006). Same owner has a 3913TSW (mint in box) and a 915 (no box good condition). Thinking about them...

Looking forward to hitting the range with the 4006. Fired yours yet?

    Whats the 915 going for?

No have not shot it yet. Want to see if recoil is less with it being a all metal gun. My other 40's are all polymers. Just love how it feels in the hand.

$300 of your money or my money? lol

I'm hoping for a little bit of a quantity discount but wanted to see the pics first. If it happens, I'd probably sell the 3913 I have now.

You can get 5906's for 350-400 and the 915 is still a step up from a 910 as far as using metal parts, but I think a good $300 would be average. I would go no higher than 325 if I were buying. and he countered.
