I recently sent back a P97 for a previous issue, presumably resolved in 06, but I guess it wasn't.
The company treated me like a King, emailing a next day air call tag, and having the repaired gun back in my hand in exactly a week. Incredible. I even got a new hammer assembly out of it. I was so happy how they treated me, I went out and bought a LC9 for my wife.
