Maybe even less, I've seen Rugers up to $200 cheaper (at Cabela's of all places) than what the Ruger website lists them.
I got my Super Redhawk at around 775 with tax and the Ruger page for it lists those (all models) at 999

How does that compare to your price on the Springfield Range Officer?
It would be nice to have a apples to apples price comparison from the same store...
I've never used Ruger's C/S. I'm always afraid they'll "fix" what I've made correct. LCI, Slingshot mod, Magazine disconnect, Volquartsen trigger group, BBL rechambered, hammer modified to appropriate trigger pull and bolt modified so subsonics work 100%, extractor tuned so it actually holds the shell against the bolt. Little things like that. So my 10/22's and MK II and III's get fixed at home. They should have built a good "Quality" gun to start with.
Nice....I am sure there will be some issues though. There always seems to be the first go around.
What next, a Glock 1911? Got you thinking now, a mass produced plastic 1911.
Based on the wholesale pricing I'm seeing, we will be running them at around $649.95.
Okay, since it hasn't been suggested yet... how about some price wars from site sponsors?
