Almost 1.8 million. Ready for Hillary has 1.9, right at 2 million.rand paul. 1.65million likes. And it is actually his page.
I Christy is good for sound bites--for sure. He's simply another northeastern progressive republican.
Doesn't matter how many twitter, facebook, myspace, or any other followers he had. He had more than enough followers to be elected.
***Sorry to dig up a oldie*** But it seems this silly ars answer was never addressed
Tell ya what. YOU find the word "DEMOCRACY" in the Constitution and I will shave my nut sack with a straight razor and put it on Youtube ! You dont know JACK about the U.S.A. if that is what you have to say. WE as a nation are a (ILL TYPE THIS SLOW FOR YOU) REPUBLIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We as a STATE are a democracy when we vote for local offices but the nation is a Republic.
1. Really read the Constitution
2. Read the Federalist papers
3. Read the Magna carta
4. Soak it in and realize the truth or you can just move to Cuba and enjoy yourself. The nation has been warped but its clef stone is still alive and straight.
Friggen public schools ! And if you went to a private school your parents DID NOT get what they paid for
Get your head out of your center of gravity. This is not Starbucks and you are not surrounded by socialist
And P.S. if you can find the phrase "Separation of church and state" in the constitution my offer stands with the straight razor
USA Today work
Obama has millions of fake Twitter followers
Didnt Ron paul have the biggest social media following of any of the republican candidates? Yet he wasnt the gop nominee. Social media doesnt mean much too me. I use it but I wouldnt rank candidates likeliness of getting into office with it. Im sure every most well known people have fake followers who post scam messages or troll messages.
I agree somewhat but I have a hard time thinking it will turn that many people. Social Media is who we surround ourselves with. And we typically surround ourselves with those who think like we do. So its less likely you'll see as many thoughts unlike your own as you would in the workplace, on television, or in public forums.Social media can't make a fringe candidate win. But it can be the difference in a close race. The Republican primaries wasn't that close. Ron Paul arguably was a fringe candidate and needed all the help he could get. I don't think he'd have gotten as far as he did without social media. It's now part of the machine.
