Honestly what do you think happens when you break into the Capitol building with a mob looking for politicians? You cant be in a group breaking down multiple barricades, smashing windows/doors, assaulting officers and expect a happy ending. Mace/pepper spray went out the window when the first line of police was broken through.

Police could physically restrain a woman that tiny. There's no excuse to shoot her in such an instance as a first choice of action.
She was crawling through a window, just like everyone else that entered congress.

It's disgusting how some of you people here are trying to justify a clearly senseless action, yet will give fair weight to discussing typical police shootings in far more clear cut cases.

This wasn't a woman jumping the fence at the white house, and even then, they usually restrain the perp, not execute them. Please take note to remember this, as many are comparing it.

Much of the congress is out of touch with legal American citizens and they won't listen or respond to their conscerns.
Yeah, spend our money overseas, dig us deeper in national debt. Give away our treasurer to foreign countries that hate us. Cheat in our elections and refuse to hear any evidence to the contrary. Buy up and control our media, lie to us and stiful free speech. Make self serving deals with foreign countries for personal gain and sell out the American people while doing it.

You're missing the point. It doesn't matter how much you or I, or anyone else loves what the country used to be. We are now the enemies of this country. She will be remembered as the first of many who refused to roll over and ignore the difference between right and wrong and was murdered for it.

We now have an official president elect who is guilty with an abundance of proof of being a racist, a communist sympathizer and someone who not only gropes women inappropriately, but children as well. This is who this country has apparently decided it wants to represent it before the world. This is no longer the United States of America as it was designed or intended to be.

I can't wait for the entire country to look like every major democrat run city in the country. It's gonna be magnificent.

I'm a big fan of the Constitution, and I recall the 1st allowing for this sort of thing.
As a married man, I realize that "being heard" doesn't have a second part that forces the other party to do you bidding.
