The term, test tube babies, refers to children conceived via invitro fertilization. Once implanted in the mother's womb, they develop like any other baby. They have a placenta and umbilical cord, the source of the navel.

There are ethical and religious controversies concerning the procedure.

True test tube babies grown in a test tube and genetically engineered and finished in a lab might not have a belly button.

When I attempt to plug in a usb cable, why is it always, 100% of the time, upside down on the first try? Every.Damn.Time.

Because 100% of the time you are not checking the orientation of the plastic inserts in the cable and jack.

    Correct.

The proper way to connect a USB connector is:
    1. Note which way the plastic tongue is oriented on the female connector.
    2. On the cable you wish to plug in, note the side of the plug that has the USB symbol. Should also have two holes.
    3. Plug side with the holes into the plastic tongue.
    4. When that doesn't go, flip the plug around.
    5. When that doesn't go, flip the plug around again, and this time it will go in.
