You would probably be better asking one of the guys that live in that area about hotels......I still might be able to swing the camping thing, but still need to do some checking on that.

3 hotels right off the I69 exit. Holiday Inn Express, Best Western, and Super 8 (in descending order of price).

ETA There's a really good drive in/ice cream place within 5 minutes of the highway.

What kind of maintenance? The maintenance supervisor where I work is a joke. Most of the operators can fix something better and faster than he can.
