The mural violates the equal protection clause. They would not allow a Christian mural on the same city streets, nor would they charge it as a felony if someone did donuts on it.

What a joke, there is no crime here. Some metal idiot painted or caulked artwork on a public street. Are they going to charge cars or trucks that leave rubber on the painted white or yellow marker lines or how about the big white boxes your supposed to stop your automobile at.

But do a big smoky burnout in front of the next cop you see and try explaining that to him.

I am constantly puzzled how any desecration of the American flag is protected 1A speech, but the slightest transgression against a pride flag is a hate crime.

Your right, i have been told by a cop more times than i can count on two hands that if they didn't see it, nothing they can do.
Government seems more interested in peasing these cry baby groups than what really matters just to shut them up, but they keep pushing for more.

Is it not a public street on which cars drive? My guess is reckless driving for the doughnuts nothing on defacement. To which the counter to me is driving in and locking up brakes or hot takeoffs which should be normal driving…

What I witnessed is the paint on the road made the driver lose control of his car, the car began to slide and the driver to the best of his ability kept his vehicle between the lines by continually circling his car until he regained control and was able to drive away safely.
