Bongino said on his show today that this could go either way, not to think of it as a negative.
She can only testify on facts. And that Fannie might be grasping at straws, figuring a misdemeanor conviction against her is better than nothing

Reportedly the terms of the plea deal.

Former Trump attorney Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor charges in a Fulton County courthouse in Georgia on Thursday.

The six charges of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with performance of election duties carried a recommended sentence of 6 years' probation in total, as well as a $6,000 fine and an additional $2,700 restitution payment to the state. As part of her sentence, she also agreed to provide a written letter of apology to the people of Georgia and give "truthful testimony" at any future hearings and trials relating to other defendants.

Sidney Powell pleads guilty in Georgia RICO case:

Cooperation with the prosecution is a requirement of the agreement, but she avoids prison.
“The deal also shows that Fulton County prosecutors don’t want to go to trial right now. Spending four months in the courtroom and presenting hundreds of witnesses would only help the defense of Donald Trump. There would be no surprises at Trump’s trial – all the witnesses would be on record, the weaknesses of the prosecution would be exposed.”

Should not this kind of deal be afforded to others that have been charged with the same initial counts.

When these cases go to trial (at this moment, nobody knows if Kenneth Chesebro will be offered, or accept, a plea deal or go to trial on October 23), the defendants will face a jury pool that is approximately 75% Democrat and only 25% Republican.

The jurors will salivate at the chance to convict anyone associated with Donald Trump. We’ve seen it in DC with the January 6 defendants. We’ve seen it with the anti-Trump activist who lied to get on the Roger Stone jury. They’re not concerned about justice. It’s political.

Maybe she just realized that the deck is most likely stacked in favor of a conviction given the current climate around Trump and anyone that was associated with him concerning the election.

Another one takes a plea deal. Jenna Ellis. Blames it on being given bad information from more experienced attorneys and takes responsibility for failing to do her due diligence to make sure that the allegations were in fact true. Says if she would've known then what she knows now she would have declined to represent Trump in the post election challenges.

How long is Guliani gonna hold on?
