    Way back in this thread I made posts where I didn't see how he could beat this based on evidence and probable cause.

    While that evidence has not been considered, I do appear mistaken in my overall doubt. This is probably the part where I put my foot in my mouth.

    Not all will be correct.

    I love this line of thinking from Justice Thomas; “If there is no law establishing the office that the Special Counsel occupies, then he cannot proceed with this prosecution,” Thomas wrote in his July 1 concurring opinion. “A private citizen cannot criminally prosecute anyone, let alone a former President.
