I think a restaurant might be an issue unless this is open only to INGO registered members (as opposed to bringing spousal units/significant others). For that I like some of the options already mentioned. And a sit-down joint limits the ability to mingle and meet others beyond the 4, 5 or 6 at your table.

But whatever, I'm not planning so just tell me when and where and I'll see if it fits the schedule.
