    Kind of stupid, too

There is a small but non-zero risk of it being a lethal use of force, if someone sprayed is asthmatic or otherwise susceptible and couldn't get medical attention in time. Extra credit billable hours for making the argument that susceptible people are reckless to be participating in demonstrations where they might end up being sprayed/gassed

I originally thought it was self-defense. I still believe the playground adage that the guy that hits back gets suspended.

In basic training there was a little guy that stood behind me in the chow line a couple of times and kidney punched me.

I didn't know the guy, he wasn't in my platoon and I never ran into him outside the chow line. I couldn't turn around and slug him.

One evening I went upstairs to visit a guy I knew. Out of the corner of my eye I notice this guy sneaking up behind me. I grabbed him picked him up and body slammed him on the concrete floor. End of problem. Wide eyes all around, but no questions.

I don't know about anyone else but I like a splash of sriracha to the eyes every once in awhile. It clears the tear ducks out.
