I didn't claim it wasn't photoshopped.

But until last year their policies were effectually just that. I was there back in 2010 and talked to the police about their self defense laws, and that's pretty well verbatim.

The video shows scenes based on attacks perpetrated against Israelis in recent months, and features images of Palestinian terrorists who murdered Israelis.

This is just the latest in a concerted PA effort to elicit feelings of hatred towards Israel among Palestinians.

It’s important to note that leaders of terrorist organizations operating against Israel would not consider taking their own lives to kill Israelis. Instead, they prefer to manipulate ignorant, brainwashed Palestinians into murdering Jews and dying in the process while they themselves lead lives of luxury using money meant for those whom they send to their deaths.
