Upbringing does have a lot to do with it but there are folks that ride the gravy train.
People are always looking at Blame. If one chooses to stay in a given lifestyle who then is to blame.
There are programs available for so many avenues of escape. They are only a start but nothing good will come with out some effort.

So for people that aren't "upstanding citizens" it's ok that they were shot? We don't know ANYTHING about the victims, and it appears you are assigning blame on everybody BUT the shooters. You're not saying the victims deserved it, but you are stopping just of.

This is very true. But what many here think of as "poor" really are not, at least by global standards. Where else in the world do you see the "poor" with a smart phone, cable tv, and at least one car? I know a few people that choose to keep their income below a certain level so they can ride the gravy train. I also know a few that don't have a choice and have to ride the gravy train, to eat.

You're right, I am assuming. Perhaps you honestly thought the two adults and three children who were injured, were actually upstanding citizens. And perhaps when you used the pronoun "we" you were referring collectively to INGO members.

I think the spell checker that journalists use consider that one word.
They probably envision it as firing 500 rounds per minute into a one inch circle at a thousand yards with enough power to penetrate an engine block.

A couple things caught my eye with this latest story. The area (59th and Georgetown), not a point on the map you'd expect this type of evil, but the guy hiding in cars near Saint V's wasn't either. Bust in an apartment and shoot children? There's a special place in hell for this scum.

I am.......Scarbourough is a high point in the general area.

There are others.

It is a high concentration of Apt. Complexes that are end to end.
