Did get a chunk of brisket out to smoke/cook/kamado tmrw.

The 11 pounder we bought a few days ago was cut up into 4 peices as we just can't eat it all before it would go bad.

I hate driving in the dark too. It's one of the reasons I dread going in to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays. This past Tuesday was particularly bad. I think every car that got behind me had those retina-searing LED headlights. Even putting my rearview mirror on the night setting I was getting blinded. I'd really like to have one of those light bars like some 4wd trucks have on them mounted on the roof of my car facing to the rear so I could give them a taste of their own medicine and get them to back off about half a mile.

I've kind of got a hankerin' for a couple of loaded omelet biscuits from Hardee's this morning. Haven't decided yet though.

I think our future vehicles will be suvs or trucks.

I am fine for the most part with my work truck at night, except on back country roads. Some people think they can drive down the middle and expect me to run off the road for them.

There's one down at Stop 11 and 135 that I go to. Love their breakfast biscuits and their Big Hot Ham 'n Cheese. Don't really care for their burgers though.
