Love the new sprayer! Just did all the flowerbeds out front, along both sides of the driveway, plus the weeds/grass in the cracks of the driveway, then all down the west side of the house, around the corner to the patio. Makes great pressure, easy to pump, and has a nice spray pattern.

That sun is hot though. Worked up quite a sweat for just basically walking around.
    Sun is hot?
    It's September!
I'm enjoying the Indiana September sun for all it's glory.
Even took my grandpa weeder out for ride earlier.
    (you might need one)

These days feel great; don't peck as hard as July sun cocks do.

I'm not working a roof or a ditch, though.
I have a chair in the shade close if I get pecked.

Oh yeah, it wasn't blazing July or August hot, but it was still hot. Had to dry my face and head off when I went back inside. I was dripping sweat.

Mentioned yesterday she had pallets of Hoosier State Flowers to bring in for early AM delivery.
She told me more this morning and I got to thinking, I know where that city lot is located.
Last night she had so many more pallets of traffic cones to pick up, she had to call for backup. Another UPS truck had to show up, since she drives a truck meant for small packages by the hundreds.

    Think with me a moment.
City is crying for more money! Says they can't get it all done without more taxpayers' funds.

This lot is 12mi from this massive fabrication plant. And yet the Power chooses the most expensive shipper channel to have the product that they HAVE TO HAVE delivered next day.

What if they send a guy over in their own truck and just grab the pallets of cones on their own and save $1000s of taxpayer bucks?
Instead of paying a third party to do the simple work at an exhorbitant rate?

I'm half a dumb A55 and I could do better!!
    :xmad:

    WTF!!!
12 miles more or less and they have 50 trucks sitting idle!
Next Day Early AM delivery is EXPENSIVE, no matter how you divvy!

I picked up one of those Zevo light traps. Kroger had a 5 dollar off digital coupon. We've been getting gnats/drain flies/fruit flies whatever in the kitchen. I don't know where they're coming from since we don't have any fruit sitting out. Sprayed several times and they keep coming back. Hopefully this will help.
    Disposer?

if Renewal by Anderson would stop filling up my mailbox with junk they might not be so expensive and get more business:soapbox:
We qere quoted 15k for 5 windows. Granted 2 were HUGE windows, those 2 only made 5k of the quote. The rest are in the normal sized window range.

Did the 2 huge windows myself for about 1k with pellas from Lowes.
