    I'm never going to get it aerated and overseeded at this rate. I'm not going to spend $600+ only to have the seed die and I can't take a two week vacation to water it.
    Seed, thats your problem!!!
    We have some nice grass in the back corner of the yard, likely from neighbors.

    Rest of the yard is clover and ground cover more than anything. The occasional wild onions pop up and smell good when mowing.
