Had an odd(for my house) request today. They wanted hamburger, tater tots, and cheese casserole.
I cooked and seasoned the beef.
Baked some tater tots(so they would have some crunch).
Added egg, seasoning, and mild salsa to the beef and put it in a baking dish.
    Tater tots on top.
    Baked 10 minutes.
    Added shreadded cheese.
    Broiled for 2 min.

Was not half bad, just something I had never made or had.

They loved,so worth it. I spiced my own up with siracha.

I have not been very cordial this afternoon.
Simple explanation is that a minor tragedy occurred about 6PM.
In my garage I have a set of pantry extension cabinets with canned and dry goods in them.

I was having a nap and heard nothing, but both youngs were there to wake me with panic in their voices.
The entire wall section of cabinets broke and fell off the wall!!
I found the installation was not done by a professional. Some of the wall mounting screws actually went into plastic wall anchors and in three places are the typical twenty holes searching for a stud to attach to.

I really did not need this just now. We lost a lot!

We've been working since about 6 to get the worst cleaned up, lots of broken glass, mixed up goo everywhere, some mopping and trying to salvage what we could.

But I'm really tired and heading to bed after a shower.
