    Grille is happening in a while.

    It takes about an hour to get yeasty pizza dough from the bread machine..

    I was thinking of another try at the massively out of control Weber kettle oven.
    The guage maxxes at 600F, but it was pegged the whole time, when I first tried this.

    I should start the bread machine or maybe just a mix this time.
    However using a box would add factors to the trials I may not be able to collate properly.

    There is some mugginess. It rained just a little bit here, probably didn’t help.
    Quite warm here, 82F, but not as muggy as it might be.
    Plus, we have a nice NW breeze coming through which changes it up some.

    I'm going in a few minutes to start a pizza blast.
